Thanks so much, Sue! Yes, James drew that nursing Madonna 20 years ago and we had cards printed up (I use them for baby gift cards too!) The drawing is patterned after Andrea Solari’s “Virgin and Green Cushion” which I got to see at the Louvre back in 2007!
Me too on the drawing. He should do more of Our Lady. It’s good that he patterned it after a Master. So many contemporary images of Mary seem vapid to me.
